As an intermediary for corporate service providers, Maestri conducts regular checks on companies (including directors, shareholders, and beneficial owners) that we serve. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize us to open any mail delivered to our offices concerning a company you have incorporated through us or engaged us to service. If we discover any illegal or high-risk activity, we reserve the right to terminate our services without prior notice or refund.
7. Country-Specific Regulations
Maestri’s products and services comply with country-specific laws and regulations. We do not support illegal or gray-area activities, including but not limited to:
•Practices considered illegal in your country
•Money laundering or tax evasion
•Drug and arms dealings
•Activities supporting violence
•Child pornography or bestiality

8. Security and Privacy

11. Payments and Refunds
All payments to Maestri must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or another approved payment method. Refunds are not provided once a service application has been initiated.
If the service has not been initiated, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of payment confirmation. Once an order has been processed, no refunds will be issued unless Maestri terminates the service for breach of these Terms.
12. Changes in Service Prices
Maestri reserves the right to adjust prices based on changes in international rates or regulations. Price changes may be made without prior notice.
13. Governing Law
The laws of Delaware and the US govern these terms. Any disputes arising from your use of Maestri will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Delaware courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
Maestri reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. By continuing to use Maestri after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms.
